After logging in to the website, you must select a character under your Game ID before using any Character Management features.

Only characters linked to your account will be displayed.Please make sure you select the correct character before proceeding.

(1) Gender Change Service

This feature allows players to change their character’s gender.

• Cost: 1,000 Points

• After the gender change is completed, you must fully exit the game client before logging in again.

• Failure to relog may result in visual or data sync issues.

This system is designed for players who wish to customize their character appearance further.

(2) Character Position Recovery (Bug Fix System)

This function is used to fix characters that disconnect or crash immediately upon login.

• The system will automatically relocate your character to the main town: Gaiyan Town.

• Recommended for players who are stuck on a specific map or experiencing login crashes.

This recovery tool ensures your character can safely re-enter the game.

(3) Item Option Re-Roll System

This system allows players to reset and reroll item options to receive new randomized stats.

• Cost: 500 Points per reset

• After performing an option reset, you must completely exit and re-enter the game.
